At Nimah Wear, we take pride in every stitch. However, if your order isn’t exactly what you expected, we are here to help you resolve it quickly.

1. Damage & Defect Protection

We double-check every order, but if you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we’ll fix it immediately.

  • The 48-Hour Window: Please notify us at support@nimahwear.com or WhatsApp at +92 310 8702379 within 2 days of receiving your parcel.

  • Verification: To ensure a fair process, we require a complete unboxing video (starting from the sealed flyer/box). This helps us identify if the damage happened during transit or packing.

  • Your Choice: Once the defect is confirmed, we will offer you a full exchange or a refund (minus 8% processing fee).

2. Size Exchange Policy

Found the fit a bit off? We offer size exchanges to ensure you look your best.

  • Condition: The outfit must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

  • Logistics: The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse. Exchange deliveries usually take 15–20 working days.

  • Final Sale: Please note that items bought during Sales or Clearance events are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Change of Mind: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement.

  • Credit Note: For cancelled prepaid orders, we issue a Store Voucher (valid for 60 days) rather than a cash refund.

  • Post-Shipping: Once your order is dispatched, it is out of our hands and cannot be cancelled.

4. International Shipping & Duties

For our global Nimah Wear family:

  • Customs & Taxes: Any import duties or local taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Refusal of Delivery: If a package is returned because of unpaid customs fees, the return shipping costs and taxes will be deducted from your store credit.

5. Important Processing Fee

Please note that all approved monetary refunds carry an 8% processing fee. This covers the non-refundable bank charges and transaction costs we incur.
