🛑 Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, we are here to make it right.

Inspection: Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

Reporting: You must report any defects or errors to support@nimahwear.com within 2 days of delivery.

The Unboxing Video (Mandatory): To process a claim, we require a continuous unboxing video. The video must show the sealed package, the unboxing process, and the specific defect or item condition.

Resolution: Once verified, you can choose between a product exchange or a refund.
💳 Order Cancellation Policy

Standard Orders: Nimah Wear does not offer a “money-back guarantee” once an order is processed.

Pre-Shipment Cancellations: For card payments, you may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order. Instead of a cash refund, you will receive a Store Coupon of equal value, valid for 60 days.

Shipped Orders: Once an order has left our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
📏 Size Exchange Only
Ordered the wrong size? Don’t worry!

Condition: Items must be unworn, tagged, and in their original packaging.

Process: The exchange process takes 15 – 20 business days.

Costs: Delivery charges for size exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Sale Items: Please note that items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
🌍 International Orders & Customs

Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs. Nimah Wear has no control over these government-regulated fees.

Clearance Issues: If a parcel is returned or destroyed due to a failure to pay customs fees or a refusal of delivery, all shipping and handling costs will be deducted from any potential store credit.

Processing Fee: For all approved refunds, an 8% processing fee will be deducted from the total amount to cover bank transaction costs.

Timeline: All issues (size or defect) must be reported within 2 days of the delivery timestamp.
